We are searching for a highly-skilled and experienced QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on the quality assurance development team to examine and test products, making sure that it adheres to our quality standards. Development and Testing

Work within and alongside the quality assurance and development team to perform testing and analysis, and ensure software and applications are functional, running efficiently, and error-free.

Communication and Collaboration

Collaborate with other work teams to resolve any issues products encounter during production. Anticipate problems that may arise during production like glitches or crashes that could impact performance and negatively affect the user’s experience. Communicate effectively and be able to provide critical feedback and receive feedback.

Development

Use manual and automation testing practices during product production. Analyze products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify bugs and defects present and document the issues.

Troubleshooting and planning

Troubleshoot tech-related issues, bug fixes, planning, and implementing solutions. Identify issues related to software performance and/or interface. Perform testing procedures reviewing acceptance, scalability, and other metrics.

Reporting

Evaluate software and applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Create and maintain databases to log defects. Detecting bugs and errors. Document and report technical issues including resolution, execution, and feedback.
