We are searching for a diligent, self-motivated warehouse manager to join our team. In this role, you will work in a team environment, leading and supervising the warehouse team and ensuring the effective, efficient operations of the warehouse facility.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities

Warehouse Manager Duties And Responsibilities

Leadership

Supervise warehouse employees, staff, and the security team. Monitor work to ensure adherence to company procedures and safety protocols. Manage the incoming, receiving, warehousing, and distribution efforts to ensure compliance. Assist with receiving, distribution, deliveries, and other areas, as needed.

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate effectively and be able to provide critical feedback and receive feedback from others. Work independently and alongside others, making recommendations and communicating with employees and the security team. Be comfortable working with a variety of different people.

Training and Mentorship

Recruit and hire new employees. Facilitate the new hire onboarding and training. Perform corrective action with employees, as needed. Supervise and guide the team, be a mentor and coach, and motivate workers to be top performers.

Coordination

Plan, direct, and monitor the work of the warehouse team. Oversee warehouse employees to ensure compliance and safety procedures are being met. Be comfortable working closely with others independently and within a team setting.

Administrative

Create work schedules. Approve time-off requests. Keep accurate records of warehouse receipts. Create and distribute performance evaluations. Reporting, as needed.
